Joshua Metayer

Joshua Metayer, Esq. holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Santa Clara University School of Law and has a strong background in commercial and privacy law. Currently serving as Associate Commercial Counsel at Everlaw since September 2020, Joshua also holds the title of Contract Manager for Commercial & Privacy. Previous experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at Henshaw & Henry, PC, and the HOUSING AND ECONOMIC RIGHTS ADVOCATES, as well as internships at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, and Udemy. Joshua's educational journey includes a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Florida International University. Joshua also holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/E).
