Katie Vo

Katie Vo is an experienced Senior Recruiter at Everlaw, where responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting and leading projects to enhance talent acquisition infrastructure. At Everlaw, key roles filled span senior positions across various departments from 2022 to 2024, including VP of Customer Success and Senior Director of Product Marketing. Prior to Everlaw, Katie was a Sourcer at BackerKit and held a dual role as a Recruiter and HR Specialist at Fluxx, effectively growing the workforce from 25 to 85 employees. Katie also took a sabbatical to travel internationally, during which volunteering and meditation were key highlights. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Diego State University.
