Michelle Beer has extensive experience in user education and training, currently serving as Manager of User Education at Everlaw since May 2019, where previous roles included Team Lead and Senior Training Specialist. Prior to Everlaw, Michelle worked at Purdue University Northwest as a Limited-term Lecturer from 2013 to May 2019, designing online courses in World History and managing class discussions. At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, from August 2006 to May 2014, Michelle held the position of Graduate Instructor, leading British history courses and serving as a teaching assistant for Western Civilization surveys. Additionally, Michelle gained experience as a Research Associate at GDS Associates, Inc. in 2007, focusing on energy efficiency and government policy projects. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in History from Agnes Scott College.
