Paul C.

Paul C. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Paul is currently working as the General Counsel at Everlight Solar. Prior to this, they worked at Hilder & Associates, P.C. for over a decade, where they started as an Associate Attorney specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. Paul handled cases related to white collar laws, including FCPA matters, health care fraud, and more. Paul also conducted internal corporate investigations. Before their legal career, Paul worked as a Law Clerk at Justice for Children and as an Executive Assistant at Energy Tribune Magazine. Paul began their professional journey as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed to various countries, earning the Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal for their exceptional duty performance.

Paul C. earned a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the South Texas College of Law Houston in the years 2008-2011, focusing on the field of Law. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Utah State University from 2002-2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Philosophy. In addition to their education, Paul C. has obtained certifications from the Utah Supreme Court as a member of the Utah State Bar in October 2017, and from the Supreme Court of Texas as a member of the Texas State Bar in October 2011.
