Luc de Vries

Luc de Vries is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at Heerema Marine Contractors since August 2023. Previously, Luc held multiple roles at OOS International B.V., including 4th Engineer and temporary positions as 3rd Engineer and Assistant Engineer aboard the OOS Tiradentes (DP3 SSAV), contributing to significant maintenance tasks such as the 15,000-hour service of the MAN 12V32/40 engine and the five-year maintenance of a marine telescopic gangway. Luc also worked as a Workshop Technician at MAN Energy Solutions since June 2022 and completed an apprenticeship with Jumbo Maritime as an Apprentice Engineer/Officer.
