Evermore Bank, (“the Bank”) a chartered, FDIC bank organized in the state of Florida, is a full-service community bank, offering commercial and retail banking services typically found in traditional community banks, including loan and deposit products.  Evermore is focused on servicing the various and diverse needs of its primary service area, currently defined as Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties.  The Bank’s corporate mission is to be the preferred Community Bank in South Florida based on offering superior customer service and total relationship banking through the recognition of our customers’ needs.

The Bank has opened its main office in a professional office building located at 3696 North Federal Highway, Suite’s 100 and 305, Ft. Lauderdale, Broward County, Florida 33308.  A branch office is planned to open during the first quarter of the first year of operations, after the main office opens, in a leased space in Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida.  The Board of Directors is comprised of successful business owners and civic leaders in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County communities.  This provides the Bank competitive advantages with footholds in each county.
