Niranjan Shintre MD FACS is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in surgical practice and healthcare management. As the Owner and Medical Director at MAXIM Hair Restoration since January 2024, Niranjan specializes in hair restoration treatments, including hair transplants and innovative therapies. Niranjan is also a Board Member at Evermore Bank and has contributed as a lead physician during Hurricane Milton for Emergency Hurricane Preparedness in Pasco County, Florida. Co-founder of RedTag-19 Emergency Healthcare Management, Niranjan has held various roles at Broward Health Medical Center, including General Surgeon and Faculty Assistant in General Surgery Residency. With a strong focus on robotic minimally invasive surgery and complex hernia procedures, Niranjan was one of five surgeons in South Florida to perform gastric pacemaker surgery. An educator at Nova Southeastern University, Niranjan has dedicated over a decade to advancing surgical practices and urgent care services.
