Tara Moran

Tara Moran serves as the General Manager of Outlets at Evermore Orlando Resort, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Tara was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando from June 2020 to September 2023, where leadership focused on guest satisfaction and successfully exceeded budget forecasts despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marriott Orlando Downtown, Restaurant Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and various food and beverage supervisory positions. Tara's career began with customer service roles at Maurices, Walt Disney World, and JCPenney, supported by degrees in hospitality management from Eastern Illinois University and Florida Atlantic University.
