Nancy Owens

Nancy Owens possesses extensive experience in affordable housing and community development. As President and Co-President of Evernorth since July 2020, Nancy has played a key role in the merger of Housing Vermont and the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund, focusing on investment and development initiatives across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Prior to this, Nancy served as President of Housing Vermont, a nonprofit established in 1988 that produces permanently affordable rental housing through collaborations with various sectors. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Director of Development at Cathedral Square, where responsibilities involved financing, budgeting, and managing construction for affordable rental projects. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
