David Bill

David Bill is a technology leader and advisor with extensive experience in scaling organizations and guiding startups. They served as CTO and co-founder at Chirp Interactive, which was sold to Comcast, and have held senior roles at various companies, including Senior Director of Technology Strategy at AOL, Inc. and Vice President of Technology at ExactTarget. Currently, David is the CTO at Freestyle Capital and a Venture Partner at Virta Ventures, while also advising multiple fast-growing startups. Additionally, they are an Expert-in-Residence at First Round Capital, contributing their expertise to emerging technologies.
