Gayle Christiansen

Gayle Christiansen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gayle'smost recent position was as the VP of Operations at Evernow, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Impress (formerly Uniform Teeth) as the VP of Clinical Process from 2021 to 2023, where they successfully implemented clinical strategies and improved cost savings. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Head of Experience at Ready Responders, where they designed scalable service lines and led the national community engagement team. Furthermore, Gayle worked at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers as a Senior Program Manager from 2016 to 2019, where they co-designed projects and managed learning experiences for health care systems. Earlier in their career, they held several adjunct professor positions at Temple University and Rutgers University and served in various roles at Rutgers University, Project H.O.M.E., MIT@Lawrence, and the Camden Empowerment Zone Corporation.

Gayle Christiansen's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Kenyon College, as well as a Master's degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they completed the Rutgers LEAP Alternative Route Teaching Certificate Program. Gayle has also obtained certifications as a 5 Dynamics Trainer and as an Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-5, as well as in Elementary School with Subject Matter Specialization: Science in Grades 5-8, both from the New Jersey Department of Education.
