Brian Robertson

Brian Robertson has extensive experience in technical services and management roles. Brian started their career in 2002 at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, where they held various positions such as Senior Helpdesk Technician, Remote Field Technician, and Senior Trainer. Brian then progressed to roles such as Field Implementation Quality Manager and Manager of Product Training and Technical Sales Support. In 2015, they became the Training and Development Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Field Services and later Director of Support and Services. In 2019, they joined ADT Commercial as the Director of Technical Services Group and worked their way up to Senior Director and eventually Vice President of Technical Services. Currently, Brian is the Vice President of Technical Services at Everon, beginning in 2023.

Brian Robertson attended ITT Technical Institute-Richardson from 2000 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
