Stephanie Hennouni

Stephanie Hennouni has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie started their career as a Consulting Associate at Select International in 2012 and later took on roles as a Solutions Specialist and Talent Management Advisor. At Ryder System, Inc., Stephanie served as a Human Resources Manager, working with various departments in developing and implementing talent strategies. Stephanie'smost recent position was as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Everon. Stephanie then moved up to Senior Manager and is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner.

Stephanie Hennouni obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Penn State University in 2011. In addition, Stephanie has obtained a certification as an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights, which will be obtained in 2023.
