Cory Gould

For more than 5 years, Cory has been a Salesforce consultant, business analyst and administrator. Cory started his career in sales where he was as a daily user of Salesforce. After his quota-carrying sales job, he moved into the sales operations space before his career began in the Salesforce world. Today he is passionate about process optimization and breaking down complex business problems into simple solutions. He previously worked at the American Council on Exercise where he transformed the organization’s Salesforce instance from a confusing CRM system into a key driver of business success. He has a diverse range of experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, helping the business align their Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud systems in order to bring customers the best experience. He enjoys being outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, playing basketball, and creating music. Cory resides in the greater Portland, OR area (Camas, WA).
