Dr. Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg

Dr. Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Everphone since May 2022, overseeing finance, legal, and people & culture functions. Additionally, Dr. von Heise-Rotenburg contributes as a Supervisory Board Member and Head of Audit Committee at BAWAG Group, and as a Member of the German Digital Advisory Board Members, supporting digitization efforts in medium-sized companies. Co-founding and managing VHR Venture Capital GMbH, Dr. von Heise-Rotenburg also speaks on financial management and leadership topics at various industry events. Prior experience includes roles as Non-Executive Board Director at PROJECT Immobilien Gruppe and EU Finance Director at Cazoo, among other positions in finance and management across diverse organizations.
