Frank Sagnier

Frank Sagnier is an accomplished executive in the gaming industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Chairman at everplay group plc, and an Advisory Board Member at SuperGears Games since January 2024, Sagnier also holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at Steel City Interactive and previously at nDreams until April 2025. Sagnier's past roles include Non-Executive Vice Chairman at Focus Entertainment and Advisory Board Member at Dovetail Games until April 2023. Sagnier was the CEO of Codemasters from July 2014 to March 2022, a leading racing video game developer known for franchises such as Formula 1 and DIRT. Earlier experience includes CEO positions at IsCool Entertainment and PowerChallenge AB, along with a role as Chairman of the Social Gaming Division at Funcom. Sagnier's academic background includes a Master of Science in Finance & Marketing from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, with further studies at Baruch College and the London Business School.
