Dylan S.

Dylan S. has a strong background in technology and engineering. Dylan started their career in 2008 at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where they worked as a Technician for the Ask5000 helpdesk. Dylan then moved on to an internship at SUPERVALU in 2010, where they focused on Unix Tier 3 Platform Support.

In 2009, Dylan completed an internship as a Systems Administrator for the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx, where they managed the technical aspects of basketball games.

In 2011, Dylan joined Wayfair as a Systems Engineer, where they played a key role in managing and automating the company's server infrastructure. Dylan worked on full lifecycle management of Windows and Linux servers.

Since 2015, Dylan has been working at EverQuote, starting as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Dylan transformed the company's DevOps team into a DevOps culture expressed across the organization. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Cloud Engineering, where they led and managed teams and implemented EverQuote's technology strategy. In 2023, they were further promoted to Director of Platform Engineering, taking on additional responsibilities.

Dylan S. attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management. Additionally, in May 2011, Dylan obtained a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
