Rahoul Gupta

Rahoul Gupta is a seasoned professional in quality and BPO operations with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and BPO Operations at EverQuote since March 2020, Rahoul previously held senior management roles at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms from January 2005 to March 2020, overseeing a team of over 700 members and managing service delivery for a global media leader. Rahoul has expertise in setting up and transitioning large BPO operations across India, the USA, and Europe. Rahoul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
