Doina Mazilu

Doina Mazilu serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Europe at EVERSANA, overseeing HR functions in a leading global life science commercial services company since June 2021. Prior to this role, Doina held positions at Santhera Pharmaceuticals as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner Europe, where responsibilities included supporting business transformation and developing talent acquisition strategies. Previous experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for Autodesk across Switzerland, Italy, and Romania, and roles in recruitment consulting at Iventa Management Consulting and Leadership Development Solutions. Doina's career began at Motorola, where foundational HR skills were developed. Doina holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, complemented by further education at Haute école de gestion Arc.
