J.T. Clements, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, holding the position of Director, People Systems & Analytics at EVERSANA, along with a previous role as Manager, HR Technology & Analytics. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at Signant Health as Manager of HR Technology & Insights and Senior HR Generalist, as well as at CRF Health and Entech in similar generalist roles. J.T. Clements began a career in human resources at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services as an HR Generalist. J.T. Clements holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 2002 and 2006, and completed secondary education at Archbishop John Carroll High School from 1998 to 2002.
