Bill Quinlan

Bill Quinlan currently serves as President of Transmission and Offshore Wind Projects at Eversource Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of offshore wind projects and leading efforts to strengthen the electric grid across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. With prior leadership roles including President and Chief Operating Officer at PSNH and Senior Vice President of Emergency Preparedness at Northeast Utilities, Bill has extensive experience in energy infrastructure and emergency management. Bill holds a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an MBA from the University of New Haven, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
