Ed Lafrance III

Ed LaFrance III has extensive experience in the electric field operations sector, currently serving as a Manager at Eversource Energy since May 2013. Prior to this role, Ed held the position of Supervisor in Distribution Maintenance at Connecticut Light and Power from July 2007 to May 2013, overseeing departmental budgeting, scheduling, work planning, and employee direction while contributing to safety improvements and asset management strategies. Additionally, Ed worked as a Project Test Specialist at CL&P, leading test procedures for substation construction projects. Ed holds an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from CT State Gateway and has furthered education at the University of Connecticut from 2012 to 2017.
