Isabel C Perez Hoyos

Isabel C Perez Hoyos is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Transmission Project Manager at Eversource Energy since March 2020, where responsibilities include leading Project Cost Management and preparing work packages for Capital Construction Projects. Prior experience includes project management at AMEC LLC, overseeing utility infrastructure construction projects from planning to closure, and serving as a Civil Engineering Teaching Assistant at the City College of New York, mentoring undergraduate students. As a Graduate Research Assistant at NOAA CREST, Isabel conducted significant research utilizing geospatial technologies and engaged in community outreach initiatives to promote STEM education among underrepresented minority students.
