Kaira Ellis

Kaira Ellis possesses extensive experience in emergency preparedness and management within the energy sector, currently serving as Manager of Emergency Preparedness Training and Exercises at Eversource Energy since December 2020. Kaira has also held roles such as Supervisor of Grid Modernization Technology and Safety at Eversource. Prior to this, Kaira was Supervisor of System Operations and Emergency Management at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc., and worked in emergency preparedness at PSNH, now part of Eversource Energy. An accomplished academic, Kaira holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from American Military University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Anselm College.
