Loretta Keane

Loretta Keane is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Board Member at Eversource Energy since 2023, Loretta is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance (Cyber/Risk) and Executive Committees. Previously, Loretta held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Arcadia from 2018 to 2025, overseeing critical functions within the company. Other significant roles include serving as CFO at Clarity by mPulse and Healthrageous, where expertise in financial management contributed to growth and commercialization. Loretta also served as CFO at Decision Resources Group for fourteen years, managing finance and administrative operations globally. Education includes a Master of Science from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Suffolk University.
