Monique Screen-Berry

Monique Screen-Berry, MSc, currently serves as Senior Program Manager for Strategic Project Development at Eversource Energy, where responsibilities include advancing Major and Strategic Projects across Transmission through cross-functional leadership and execution of the Capital Plan. With a strong background in community engagement, Monique has held roles such as Storm Community Liaison, Supervisor of Transmission Project Engagement, and Program Manager for Corporate Citizenship, focusing on strategic outreach, racial equity, and corporate philanthropy. Monique also contributes as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Greater Boston Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy and serves as a Board Member on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Brockton. Monique's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication Management and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration.
