Henny Roording

Henny Roording is the founder of REFRESH value creation, focusing on activating and developing value propositions in Agri and Food value chains since August 2021. Roording also serves as Business Development Agrifood at Topsector Logistiek, working on the Basis Data Infrastructure and Carbon Added Accounting methodology to enhance supply chains. At Lamboo Dried & Deco, Roording drives sustainable growth and business development for a company specializing in dried flowers. Additionally, Roording is a member of the Advisory Board at Everspring, which connects retailers and growers through an online marketplace. Previous roles include Director Supply Chain & Operations at Bloom | Green Partners | Greenex, Project Lead for Flowers by Sea Freight at Dutch Flower Group, and various leadership positions at Intergreen B.V. Roording holds a Master's degree in General Management and a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, supported by further education from notable institutions.
