Nicole Cafillio

Nicole Cafillio has a strong background in marketing, client success, and enrollment management. Nicole is currently the Director of Partner Marketing at Everspring since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Marketing Manager at the same company from August 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Everspring, Nicole worked at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where they were the AVP Client Success from February 2021 to July 2021 and an Enrollment Consultant from April 2019 to February 2021. Nicole also has extensive experience in the education sector, having worked at Robert Morris University - Illinois. Their roles there included Executive Vice President from February 2015 to January 2019, Sr. Vice President of Enrollment from October 2011 to February 2015, and various positions as Dean of Recruitment, Associate Dean, and Director from September 2003 to October 2011. In these roles, Nicole demonstrated their leadership skills by managing multiple departments and budgets, implementing strategic initiatives to improve enrollment and orientation rates, and achieving cost savings through efficiency improvements.

Nicole Cafillio holds a Masters of Education degree in Counseling: College Student Development from DePaul University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Illinois State University. In addition to their formal education, Nicole also holds certifications in Content Marketing Strategy from DePaul University and Financial Analysis for Nonfinancial Managers from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
