Varshaa V.B has worked in various companies and roles over the years. Varshaa started their career as a Business Development Executive at PreludeSys in November 2018 and worked there until July 2019. Varshaa then joined AVASOFT Inc in August 2019 as a Modern workplace specialist with expertise in O365, Cloud, Mobility, Business Intelligence, and Integration. Their tenure at AVASOFT Inc ended in November 2020. Following that, they worked at Freshworks from January 2021 to July 2022 as a Mid Market- Business Development Manager. Currently, they are employed at Everstage as a Senior Business Development Executive since July 2022. Additionally, they hold a concurrent role as a Member at SDR Nation starting from January 2023.

Varshaa V.B began their education by attending rosary matriculation higher secondary school from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Hsc, with a focus on biology/biological sciences. After completing their secondary education, Varshaa moved on to Hindustan University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. At Hindustan University, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in human resources management/personnel administration.
