Vivek Suriyamoorthy

Vivek Suriyamoorthy is the Co-Founder & CTO at Everstage. Prior to Everstage, Vivek worked as a Principal Engineer at Arcesium from July 2015 to April 2020. At Arcesium, Vivek pitched a new initiative to disrupt the UX and Visualization of the Arcesium Platform. Vivek was also responsible for building an application for Systemic Risk Filing (Compliance Regulatory Filings) from the ground up, including both Back-end and Front-end development. In addition, Vivek was one of the lead front-end engineers in the firm and collaborated with the front-end infra team for best practices, designing common components, front-end testing, and various other initiatives.

Before joining Arcesium, Vivek worked as a Project Lead at The D. E. Shaw Group from June 2009 to July 2015. At The D. E. Shaw Group, Vivek was the product owner and lead developer in the firm's Bank Debt Asset Servicing software and also served as a lead developer in the firm's Portfolio Accounting System software. Vivek delivered several products for the firm's front office trading desk during their time at The D. E. Shaw Group. Vivek started their career at The D. E. Shaw Group as an Intern from November 2008 to April 2009.

Vivek Suriyamoorthy has a BE in Computer Science from PSG College of Technology.
