Andrea Carretero-Ayala

Andrea Carretero-Ayala is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in product management, customer excellence, and process transformation. Currently serving as Product Manager II at Evertec since September 2019, Andrea leads a dedicated team focused on the ATH Movil app, the leading platform for P2P and P2B payments in Puerto Rico. Prior to this role, Andrea built the Customer Excellence & Process Transformation team at Evertec to enhance customer experience. Previously, Andrea held leadership positions in innovation and process excellence at BMA Group Global and was a business improvement consultant at IPS Group, specializing in operational efficiency for SMEs. Andrea's career also includes engineering roles at Ethicon and Stryker. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
