Luis A. Rodriguez

Luis A. Rodriguez serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Evertec, where responsibilities include leading the Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Information Security groups since 2015. Prior roles at Evertec include Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Corporate Development Officer, overseeing Legal, Compliance, and M&A/Corporate Development. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at J.P. Morgan, along with positions as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce of Puerto Rico, Vice President in the Distressed Products Group at Deutsche Bank, and Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Luis A. Rodriguez holds a Doctor of Law from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
