João Eliezer Cunha Guimarães

João Eliezer Cunha Guimarães is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and business management. As Managing Partner at Camaya Partners since July 2001, João has played a pivotal role in strategic decision-making. Additionally, João serves as a Board Member for Vendesk and Evertrend, both positions held since July 2019 and September 2015, respectively. João previously held the position of Shareholder and CFO at Montelac Alimentos S/A from 2004 to 2006, where significant contributions were made to the company’s turnaround and restructuring, ultimately elevating Montelac to one of the largest dairy producers in Brazil. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
