Kim Gindhart

Kim Gindhart is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on HRIS and employee data management. Currently serving as HRIS Analyst 2 at EverTrue since February 2019, Kim has previously held similar positions at Lutheran Senior Services from February 2019 to April 2025 and participated in a Workday project at Boeing in late 2018. Earlier experience includes roles such as Coordinator of HR Systems at Panera Bread and various positions at Lutheran Senior Services, where responsibilities encompassed HR generalist functions and benefits administration. Kim began a career in HR at Matthews Book Company as a Human Resources Coordinator and has foundational experience from Adecco as an Office Supervisor/Account Manager. Kim holds a BA in History and Secondary Education from Boston College.
