John McGarrity RIBA

John McGarrity RIBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career as a Partner at Msquaredp Chartered Architects Belfast in 2000 and later became a Project Director at JMA DESIGN (UK) LIMITED in 2009. John then joined Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. as a Project Manager/Architect in 2019. After that, they worked as a Senior Design Manager/Architect at WSP in the Middle East from 2021 to 2021.

John then held the position of Project Director at Serin from 2022 to 2022, where they successfully managed projects as Project Director. John also worked as a Design Director at SCA Design for a short period from 2022 to 2023.

In 2023, John joined Faithful+Gould as a Design Director and subsequently got promoted to Lead Design Director. John expressed gratitude towards their manager and team for their support and had the opportunity to work on the Al Balad Unesco World Heritage project, which they consider an honor.

John's most recent role was as the Global Design Manager at Everty from 2021, showing their expertise in managing design projects at a global level. Overall, John's work experience showcases their achievements and progression in various architectural and project management roles.

John McGarrity RIBA attended Queen's University Belfast from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Architecture. John later pursued their studies at Queen's University Belfast, obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch degree in Architecture. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Queen's University Belfast. John continued their education at Ulster University, where they earned a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology.
