Nancy Hallam-Smith

Dr. Hallam became Medical Director at Tri-State Veterinary Hospital after owning & operating it for decades. Having a mixed animal VMD for a father with the hospital attached to the family home offers a lifetime of practice management & veterinary experience.

Dr. Hallam was a Scholar-Athlete in her class at Amherst College & then received her VMD at the University of Pennsylvania. She has expertise in various disciplines including Ultrasonography, Echocardiography, Acupuncture, Pain Management, Feline Medicine, Geriatric Care, and Internal Medicine.
