Meghan Sweeney Langston has been working in the fashion industry since 1998. Meghan Sweeney began their career at the Gap Inc. as a Designer-Director for Baby and Kids, where they were responsible for building all denim concepts for design teams. Meghan Sweeney then moved to Levi Strauss & Co. as a Senior Designer for Mens, where they directed concept and design for Mens, Young Mens, Casual Wear, and created a specialty denim line of "Authentics". In 2005, they returned to The Gap Inc. as the Director of Research and Development for Fabric and Color. Meghan Sweeney then moved to Abercrombie & Fitch as the Fabric Design Director for Mens, where they built the department and functionality within the design organization. In 2008, they joined Old Navy as the Design Director for Mens, where they directed and managed a team responsible for design, pre-production, cost engineering, and development. In 2012, they joined Gymboree Corp. as the Vice President of Pre-Production and Product Development, where they led and managed the Fabric Development, Color, Sweaters, Accessories, and Trims Development Team. In 2016, they joined Everviolet as the Chief Sourcing Officer and Raymond UCO Denim as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2020, they joined GATES Creative Agency as a Product Development Specialist.

Meghan Sweeney Langston graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Fashion/Apparel Design.
