Ei-Lene Heng

Ei-Lene Heng is an experienced finance professional currently serving as EVP of Strategic Finance at Everway since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ei-Lene held the position of Director of Strategic Finance at Mambu from September 2021 to August 2025 and worked at HSBC between February 2019 and September 2021 as Head of Consulting, Business Strategy, overseeing a portfolio of growth projects. Ei-Lene's prior experience includes managerial roles at Bain & Company, consultancy contributions to multiple industries, co-founding an internet start-up, and investment banking positions at Arma Partners and UBS Investment Bank, focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions. Ei-Lene holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and furthered education at Flatiron School and Raffles Institution.
