Nicole Szymanski Flack is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in leading digital marketing initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Marketing Manager at Everwise Credit Union, Nicole oversees all digital marketing efforts, leads a team, and has driven significant transformations such as a comprehensive rebrand and a HubSpot CRM implementation. Previously, as a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist at 1st Source Bank, Nicole successfully managed a complete website rebuild that resulted in substantial increases in user engagement. Nicole's career also includes roles at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, where responsibilities spanned communications strategy and digital project execution, as well as positions in graphic design and art direction at various publications. Nicole holds a B.S. in Journalism-Design and Magazine Writing from Ball State University and possesses certifications in Adobe Products.
