Justin Pritikin

Justin Pritikin is an experienced leader in youth development and team management, currently serving as the Director of Staff, Teen Leadership Coordinator, and Special Events Director at Everwood Day Camp since February 2023, where responsibilities include recruiting and training over 250 seasonal staff and enhancing social media presence. Previously, Justin held the position of Product & Inventory Lead at lululemon, where contributions focused on inventory management and process improvements. Early career experiences include various roles at Liberty Lake Day Camp, highlighting skills in human resources, mentoring, and managing camper activities. Additionally, Justin served as a Manager for Villanova Men's Basketball, overseeing equipment logistics and supporting team operations, along with a brief tenure as a Cabin Leader at Camp Champions. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, awarded in May 2022.
