Howard French

Howard French, CLCS, currently serves as General Manager at ECHO, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Previously, Howard held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Iscential, overseeing total client relationships and departmental collaboration. Prior roles include Associate Director of Commercial Sales and Service at Nationwide Insurance and President of the Howard French Insurance Agency. Howard has also served as Past President of both The Business Alliance Network and the Northern Virginia Referral Network (BNI). Earlier in the career, Howard was President of Complete Home Automation and Manager of Desktop Services at AIG American General, managing multiple office support groups. Educational background includes studies at Boston University, the University of Houston, Southern Methodist University, the University of Arizona, and Lon Morris, with additional training from the Hartford School of Insurance.
