Amber Shearer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, operations management, and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development & Management – Affinities at PONANT, Amber focuses on aligning product portfolios with business objectives and customer needs. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker at Every Door Real Estate, Founding Partner at Iterra Private Travel, and Director of Private Travel at TCS World Travel, where expertise in luxury travel services was honed. Amber's background also includes a strong foundation in customer service and financial management from positions at Chukar Cherries, 20th Century Fox Credit Union, and Washington Mutual. Amber holds an Associate's degree in Communications from Seattle Central College.
