Lance Howe has over 17 years of work experience in the consumer goods and retail industry. Lance began their career in 2003 as a Special Accounts Representative at Airways Frieght Corp, where they managed the Whirlpool account and provided logistical solutions for inventory movement. In 2005, they joined Wal-Mart as a Replenishment Manager, managing 31 suppliers in the canned meat, canned seafood, box dinners, box potato and stuffing categories. In 2006, they moved to Electrolux HCPNA as a Sr. Sales & Supply Chain Analyst, creating and maintaining accurate, reliable sales and supply chain reporting information. In 2008, they joined Unilever HPC as a Category Management Analyst, creating an algorithm to understand brand modular footage combination POS and share trends. Lance also became a Supply Chain & Replenishment Advisor, creating a triple index algorithm to model GRS POS/ships forecast. Lance also served as a Sales Analyst, growing Unilever share in Shampoo and Conditioner sub category. In 2015, they joined Kimberly-Clark as a Business Partner Analyst, utilizing a GRS triple exponential smoothing algorithm to understand historical order patterns. In 2017, they moved to L'Oréal as a Customer Supply Chain Manager, expanding the triple exponential adaptive variable smoothing algorithm to project forward looking order forecast. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Every Man Jack as a Sales Manager Walmart.
