Lance Howe has over 17 years of work experience in the consumer goods and retail industry. In 2017, they moved to L'Oréal as a Customer Supply Chain Manager, expanding the triple exponential adaptive variable smoothing algorithm to project forward looking order forecast. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Every Man Jack as a Sales Manager Walmart.
