Louisa Wells is a highly experienced creative professional with a diverse background in marketing and video production. Louisa recently worked as a Creative Consultant and previously held the role of Creative Director at Everybody Agency. Louisa also served as the Head of content & creative at Friends of the Earth. Louisa has extensive experience as a freelance digital marketer and has worked on various creative and strategic projects. Louisa's previous roles include Creative Director and Creative Producer at RAW Productions. Louisa started their career in the field of video production, where they worked as a Creative Producer and Runner & Production Assistant. Louisa has also worked as a Student Mentor at the University of Wales, Newport and as a Researcher at EurExcel.

Louisa Wells attended the University of Wales, Newport from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BA hons 2:1 degree in Documentary Film and Television.
