Bradley Redmond has over 18 years of professional experience in the education and government sectors. Bradley began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University, where they managed and entered data, administered surveys, and directly observed and interacted with at-risk teenagers, while evaluating the effectiveness of an HIV, drug, and alcohol prevention program for adolescents. In 2003, they became a Program Coordinator at Bethlehem Centers of Nashville, where they coordinated and implemented an underage drinking prevention program for youth between the ages of nine and thirteen. In 2004, Redmond worked as a Correctional Officer at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Program Coordinator, Family and School Liaison, and Data Analyst. In 2011, they worked as a Data Analyst at NOSER Consulting, LLC. From 2012 to 2021, Redmond worked at Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Director of Attendance Services, Student Services Coordinator of Data and Program Results, and Lead Family Involvement Specialist. In 2021, they began working at EveryDay Labs as a Program & Client Success Manager and Senior Product Manager. In these roles, Redmond has managed relationships with school district partners and clients totaling over $1.6 million in business, overseen program and product design, onboarded clients, problem-solved, and renewed clients. Bradley has also managed reporting, truancy, and professional learning product suites, revamped product impact reporting approach to resonate with customers, developed, implemented, and maintained production timelines across multiple departments, directed data gathering, analyzing, and publishing of student attendance, offered cross-departmental recommendations on student intervention strategies, coordinated training of school staff to utilize data-driven strategies, interventions, and outreach for students and families, led all data gathering, analyzing, reporting, and training for the Student Services Department, designed systems for effective data decision-making, created and led district-wide multitier plans to address chronic absence, truancy, and other issues, developed data systems to monitor all aspects of the Student Services Department, provided support and training to Family Involvement Specialists on utilizing data to design meaningful programming and initiatives for families, and provided direct support and coaching to Family Involvement Specialists.

Bradley Redmond attended Oak Ridge High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 1997. Bradley then attended Furman University from 1997 to 1999, studying Health Exercise Science. Finally, they attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Community and Public Health.
