Olga Pinchuk

Olga Pinchuk has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Olga worked at EastBanc Technologies from 2014 to present, where they held various roles including Director of Client Success / Program Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. In these positions, Olga was responsible for managing client accounts and project teams, developing client relationships, and overseeing the discovery and implementation phases of custom development projects. Prior to joining EastBanc Technologies, Olga worked at Itransition as a Business Analyst, where they were involved in requirements elicitation, scope creation, and user story development. Overall, Olga has a strong background in project management, client success, and business analysis.

Olga Pinchuk completed their education from 2006-2011 at MSLU, where they obtained a degree in Communications with a focus on International and Intercultural Communication. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications, including UX Certified from the Nielsen Norman Group in 2020, SAFe Product owner/Product manager (4.5) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, MIT Design Thinking from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance.
