Estefanie Rodriguez has a diverse work experience. Estefanie began their career in 2012 as a Production Supervisor at VistAbility - formerly Contra Costa ARC. In 2015, they became a Wireless Sales Lead at Sam's Club, where they were responsible for exceeding sales quotas in areas of mobile cell devices, tablets, and installment plans/contracts. In 2018, they took on the role of Digital Media Intern at BAY AREA ANIMAL RESCUE CREW. In 2019, they joined EveryDay Labs as a Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair, Product Content Review (Committee Member), Associate Program Manager, Family Support Manager, and Senior Family Support Lead. In their role as Senior Family Support Lead, they created efficient, organized, and cohesive strategies to help lead a team of 20+ support representatives with a common goal of streamlining school district communication nationwide. Estefanie also assisted with program delivery and wrote text to be delivered across mailed and SMS communications. In 2020, they became a Market Research/Business Development Associate at Quokka Brew, where they were responsible for regional sales, B2B marketing, and social media branding to grow an innovative and student-run approach to coffee consumption. Her projects included retail database collection, heuristic values map (HVM) graphing and analysis, and devising social media marketing strategies.

Estefanie Rodriguez has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Marketing from San Francisco State University. Previously, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA in Communication Studies from Diablo Valley College. Estefanie also holds a High School Diploma from College Park High School. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Cognitir, Trailhead by Salesforce, HubSpot Academy, and Google Digital Academy (Skillshop). These certifications are Introduction to SQL for Business & Finance (2021), Get Social with Social Studio (2020), Social Media Marketing Certification Course (2020), and Google Ads Display (2020).
