Bob Lewis

Bob Lewis has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Bob began their career in 1976 at JPMorgan Chase, where they held the position of Vice President of Portfolio Risk and Policy Review. In 1988, they joined ING Bank as Assistant General Manager and Head of Market and Credit Risk Management for ING Bank North America. In 1993, they joined American International Group (AIG) as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, and in 2004 they were appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In 2011, they became a Partner at CKL2 Strategic Partners LLC, and in 2013 they became an Independent Angel Investor at Launchpad Venture Group in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2021, they became the Director of Everyday Life Insurance, a newly-formed company focused on providing customized insurance structures for the un- and under-served segments of the market. Bob has also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Landmark College since 2006.

Bob Lewis attended Davidson College from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a BA in German. Bob then attended Duke University from 1973 to 1974, where they earned an MA in German. Finally, they attended The University of Freiburg from 1974 to 1976, where they earned a DAAD Stipendiat in Germanistik.
