Gabriel Baciu

Gabriel Baciu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and hardware management. Currently serving as the Helpdesk and IT Acquisitions Team Lead at EveryMatrix Ltd since January 2018, Gabriel supervises a diverse team responsible for onboarding new employees and managing over 1,000 desktops and laptops. Previous roles include Hardware Specialist at S.A.R. CITY INSURANCE S.A. and IT Support Specialist in various organizations, where Gabriel handled hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and software installations. Gabriel began a career in electronics service and maintenance and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Hyperion University, as well as specialized education in computer hardware from Edmond Nicolau College.
