Tessa Crone

Tessa Crone is a Head of IT Support at DHL eCommerce Nederland, leading various IT support teams such as Business Innovation, IT Servicedesk, and IT Admin. She is a member of the IT & Digital management team. Additionally, she has held positions as IT Program Manager and Senior Project Manager - IT Programs in the DHL eCommerce Benelux IT organization. Prior to DHL, she worked at Conduent as a Project Manager and Business Improvement Manager. Tessa also served as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Project Leader, and Customer Care Agent, with a focus on operations and client management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Culturele Maatschappelijke Vorming from Hogeschool van Utrecht.
